Thanks for the kind words, Greg! I'm having a blast putting together these hyper-local vlogs and it also helps in other ways not mentioned in your post. I do not charge these businesses to create these videos, so they are very grateful for the free exposure. I allow them to use the videos however they like (with my branding on it of course). Joe sees customers all day in his shop. Do you think if the topic of real estate comes up, and someone asks for a referral, Joe might remember me?
